Camina wasn’t built from a business plan.
It came from a point where I realised I didn’t want to keep working in systems that stretched people past their capacity and then called it resilience.

I spent decades in high-pressure corporate environments, working closely with people navigating big decisions, career pressure, and constant change. On the surface, everything looked fine.

Underneath, a lot of people were carrying more than they had space for.

I saw how often people didn’t actually need advice. They needed somewhere to pause, somewhere to think out loud. Somewhere they didn’t have to perform.

That space didn’t really exist.

So I built it.

I’m Natalie, and I run Camina.

I spent years working in recruitment, sitting in conversations where people were trying to make sense of what to do next.

Camina is a steady, structured place for people to talk things through and hear themselves think — without it turning into fixing, coaching, or being told what to do.

It’s not therapy, and it’s not about having the right words.
It’s about having the space to find them.

The circles are small and facilitated, designed for people navigating burnout, transition, or just a period where there’s a lot to carry.

No pressure to share.
No advice-giving unless it’s invited.
No expectation to show up as anything other than where you are.

Just space.

Camina means “to walk”.

This isn’t about having everything figured out.

It’s about having somewhere to walk things through, at your own pace.
