A space to talk things through, properly.

A space to talk with people who get it.
Not because they’ve read about it.
Because they’re living it too.
You can start with a short intro call, then decide what feels right from there.
Camina offers small burnout recovery circles and structured reflection groups for people navigating life transitions, identity shifts and career change.
These are steady, facilitated spaces designed to help you think clearly, reconnect with yourself and rebuild sustainably, particularly in those quieter moments when you know something needs to change, even if you cannot yet name it.
If this resonates, you’re not the only one.

What to expect
- Small groups (max 8–10 people) are ideal for fostering deep discussions and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute their thoughts and ideas effectively.
- You can share as much or as little as you want, depending on your comfort level and the situation you find yourself in.
- No advice-giving unless it’s invited
- A steady, structured space to think out loud
A note on the space
Camina isn’t therapy or crisis support. It’s a reflective space, somewhere to talk things through and feel less alone in it.
What Camina is
Camina is a peer reflection space.
A small, steady place to think out loud.
Not coaching.
Not therapy.
Not networking.
It’s space to talk honestly, think clearly, and hear your own thoughts without performing or over-explaining.
You sit alongside people who are also figuring things out.
You can do that in a small group circle, or in a quieter 1:1 session, depending on what feels right for you.
Who it’s for
You’re functioning.
You’re handling things.
From the outside, it looks steady.
But you might be carrying more than people realise.
Or sitting with decisions you haven’t been able to think through properly.
You don’t need advice.
You need room to think.
What happens in a burnout recovery session
Small group.
Clear structure.
Time set aside to think properly.
A prompt to begin.
One person speaks.
The rest listen.
No interruptions.
No fixing.
No advice unless invited.
Time to think.
Space to finish a thought.
Prefer something more focused, just for you?
Camina Burnout Recovery Circles are shared reflection spaces.
If you’re sitting with something more specific – a decision, a crossroads, or something that feels harder to say out loud – 1:1 sessions offer a quieter, more focused space to talk things through.
There’s no pressure, no performance, and no need to have the right words.
Just a steady space to think clearly, at your own pace.
It’s a reflective space – a way of noticing patterns, naming what’s underneath the noise, and creating room to think without turning everything into a crisis.
A steady space to step back, make sense of things, and move forward with more clarity.
I keep a small number of 1:1 spaces open. Some things are easier to talk through one-to-one.
If you’d like a more focused 1:1 space, email me at
natalie@wearecamina.co.uk or book a time to talk.
If this feels like your kind of corner of the internet:
You’re in the right space.
