  • Small groups (max 8–10 people) are ideal for fostering deep discussions and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute their thoughts and ideas effectively.
  • You can share as much or as little as you want, depending on your comfort level and the situation you find yourself in.
  • No advice-giving unless it’s invited
  • A steady, structured space to think out loud
